Bookings & Billings
Enquires regarding bookings and billings are only accepted between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm via the Administration Team as our high quality childcare staff will be focussed on the needs of the children in their care. New enrolments for Long Day Care, Out of School Hours Care and Vacation Care may undergo an interview process before admission into our service. This will ensure priority of access guidelines are being met and that future clients of our service have a clear understanding of the philosophy underpinning community based childcare.
At Seaford District Community Children’s Centre all accounts are billed weekly in arrears and a tax invoice is emailed to the client directly. Clients are expected to bring their accounts to a nil balance each week and can make payment over the counter, over the phone using a credit card and, if registered for Internet banking, can make direct payments for fees into the centre’s bank account.
SDCCC charges for Public Holidays and Centre closure days. Permanent Long Day Care and OSHC clients have the opportunity to provide two weeks notice in writing if they are to be absent for their entire week of care, for a maximum of two times in a financial year, whereby their care is billed at a half charge. This is called a “Holding Fee”.
